| | | | | | | | | Recommendation: | It is recommended that the Town Council approve the Final Plat, subject to conditions, for property consisting of 7.84 acres, creating one (1) parcels thereon. The conditions are provided in greater detail in that attached Staff Report and Analysis. |

| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Applicant, The Graham Companies, Inc., is seeking Final Plat approval for a 7.84 acre parcel zoned BU-2, Special Business District. The preliminary plat was approved on January 17, 2017. The request conforms to all provisions of the Town's platting ordinances. Once all code provisions are met, approval of Final Plat is considered an administrative action of the Town Council. |
