I would like to have a discussion with my colleagues with respect to adopting a policy whereby when more than one large scale/high impact future Development, Site Plan, Zoning, Quasi-Judicial, and/or Land use items come before the council, we adopt the best practice of formalizing a separate meeting date from the regularly scheduled council meeting to deliberate on these items.
