| | | | | | | | | Recommendation: | Based on the new business item sponsored by Vice Mayor Lama in July of 2015, and subsequent resolution # 15- 1325, the use of Town resources which includes but is not limited to facilities, staff, financial resources, any use of Town resources was required to be preapproved by the Council. I recommend the following events that have been conducted for the last few years, be pre-approved pursuant to this policy:
- National Day of Prayer
- Annual Shoe Drive
- Annual Toy Drive
The above mentioned events will remain unfunded but the use of Town resources will no longer be required to be preapproved on an annual basis. |
