Background: Pursuant to the Council rules, the Regular Council meeting for January is schedule to fall on January 3, 2017, which is immediately after the holiday season. Thisprovides little flexibility for staffto prepare an agenda and the Town Council to review the same. A super majority vote is required to effectuate this change.
