The Town Attorney will provide an update on the pending litigation in the matter Michael Pizzi, Jr. v. The Town of Miami Lakes.

The Town Attorney will provide an update on the pending litigation in the matter regarding the plat application submittal for development within the Lochness community.

The Town Attorney may request an executive session to discuss with the Town Council.
