| | | | | | | | | Recommendation: | I would like to amend our parks master plan to replace one of the retention areas with purvious pavement. This type of concrete has a high porosity and will transform the retention area into multipurpose use. On off-soccer days it could be used for tennis, volleyball, etc. On soccer practice days and/or game days it can be utilized as an overflow parking area.
