| | | | | | | | | Recommendation: | It is recommended that the Town Council adopt the following Ordinance providing modifications to Section 2.56 of the Town Code. |

| | | | | | | | | Background: | On February 5, 2019, Councilmember Joshua Dieguez proposed changes to section 2.56, of the Town Code to provide for a two month RFP process with Town resident input, followed by a two month deliberation process by the Town Council, in the event the Town Attorneys office is vacant. This process specifically addresses the process for the hiring of an outside law firm, the current model. |
