In January 2018, Councilman Luis Collazo introduced a new business item requesting that we revisit the Mobility Fee ordinance passed in April 2016. After a long discussion it was recommended that we postpone the evaluation of the mobility fee until Sept 2018, the date that was recommended by the consultants.I would like to direct staff toschedule for theevaluation of the mobility fee.

Fiscal Impact: The Town budgeted $25,000 for this study. Staff has negotiated and executed a work order with Corradino & Associates to update the mobility fee.
