Manager Hiring Process:

As you know our search for the next Town Manager began in March of this year. After a very long and exhausting hiring process, I believe the time has come for this Council to select our new manager. The Council created a residents selection committee who diligently worked together to provide the us with a list of finalists.

The committee consisted of community leaders that have had a history in hiring, city management and former elected officials. Their process included multiple interviews, a scoring system and a residents Meet and Greet. They have provided us with the top five candidates with only four candidates left.

In all fairness to the candidates, the selection committee and this Town, I believe the time has come to select the next Town Manager today.
