I would like to discuss with my colleagues the possibility of changing our Council meeting day back to the second Tuesday of the month. I understand that this will require a change of the Council rules.

Two years ago we changed the rules to the first Tuesday of the month to accommodate a Council Member that is no longer on the Council. In the past two years we have had to reschedule our meeting day multiple times because of conflicts.

A good example of a conflict is the upcoming January meeting that is scheduled for New Years Day.
