The wear and tear at Royal Oaks park is abundantly evident by our Grounds Maintenance Contract which is at $291,500 and another $60,000 for repairs & maintenance of the grounds. After discussions with former NFL & NCAA players, plus folks from our flag football program, I would like to direct staff to conduct a Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) on converting one of our ROP sod fields to turf.
