Recommendation:

Town IT staff is requesting authorization to dispose ten (10) laptops with a book value of $0.00 as of July 17, 2018. Disposal will be handled pursuant to the Town's Procurement Ordinance. IT staff estimates the fair market value as of today to be less than $50.00/each. The hard drives have been removed from the equipment and will be wiped clean. No costs will be incurred for the disposal that will be handled by town staff. The assets will be written off accordingly, please refer to attached summary of proposed items for disposal.
