| | | | | | | | Recommendation: | Based on the direction from the Town Council at the April 3, 2018, the attached resolution provides for the Town Council to be subject to the Town Manager's Administrative Order 05-01.2, the Town's Anti-discrimination and/or Harassment Policy (“Policy”). |

| | | | | | | | Background: | At the April 3, 2018 council meeting Vice Mayor Mingo presented a new business item to the Town Council requesting that the Council hold themselves accountable to the Town's Anti-discrimination and/or Harassment Policy. The Town Council unanimously supported the item. The proposed Resolution makes the Town Council subject to the Policy.
Upon adoption of the resolution, training for elected officials will be incorporated as part of the Policy orientation process. |
