| | | | | | | | | Recommendation: | It is recommended that the Town Council approve the Final Plat, subject to conditions, for property consisting of 19.5 acres, creating three (3) parcels thereon. The conditions are provided in greater detail in that attached staff report. The applicant has agreed to all of the conditions.

| | | | | | | | | Background: | The Applicant, The Graham Companies, Inc., is seeking Final Plat approval as part of the desire to develop a 220 unit residential senior living community. The project is part of a larger development plan pursued in partnership with Miami Jewish Health Systems, which seeks to include an assisted living facility and skilled nursing care (ALF) component. The applicant proposes as part of the larger development also to construct and donate to the Town of Miami Lakes (Town) a senior-oriented community center.
