Villas of Miami Lakes Condominium Association applied for the Neighborhood Matching Grant Program. Project includes the beautification of the seven buildings, common areas and sprinkle's system. The Association spent $48,325 for the project and the Association is requesting a total of $5,000.00 for the beautification project.

The Neighborhood Improvement Committee approved the application at their January 2019 meeting.

This Resolution authorizes the transfer of $5,000 from the Reserve for Parks Improvement line item to the NIC Beautification Matching Grant Program line item within the Capital Projects Fund – Parks Improvement.
