The proposed project is a four (4) mixed use development sited on an approximately 7.84-acre parcel. It is currently an undeveloped site that was previously used for debris collection during Hurricane Irma recovery efforts. The Anchorage community is west of the property, with industrial uses along its eastern and southern flanks. Graham Dairy Lake is to the North. The proposed development fully complies with the Land Development Code and does not require any variance approvals. The Applicant has agreed to all of the conditions described within the attached Staff Report including the condition to not receive a certificate of occupancy sooner than January of 2021. No development orders for this project should be issued until such time that all impact fees are paid, and full cost recovery associated with the Applicant's requests are paid in full to the Town.
